PROJECT HISTORY

The Premier Healthcare Solution, LLC bought the proprietary rights to one of the main ingredients for making this plan painless, from an insurance savvy entrepreneur who made a plan similar to ours, work for 260 small businesses with 5,000 workers across America that were involved in his version of this plan over a five-year period. The workers and employers all loved it and it worked flawlessly until it was discovered that he was missing a few ingredients that the law requires and that we have since provided.  It was and is a brilliant idea.  So brilliant that we have spent half a decade and millions of dollars perfecting the process into the Premier Alternative.

We have engaged a national network of specially trained consultants and licensed professionals to provide a marketing arm. These certified professionals are trained to help you during our pre-launch phase between September through December 31st to set you up for 2021.

We are establishing our Executive Team of professionals, and have chosen a Board President and Board of Directors for our Limited Liability Company. We will launch our program on January 1, 2021 and our executive staff will be announced at that time.

Our Executive Offices are located in the heart of the country’s financial center in New York City, with our first state operational field office in New Jersey.

TEMPORARY BOARD PRESIDENT

J. Michael Kafes is a financial structured products professional, with an MBA, and 25 years of experience in the field of Mortgage Backed and Asset Backed Securities. Some of his accomplishments include managing and training cash flow modeling teams, interacting with and providing support to the Wall Street clientele of the companies he has worked for, designing the quality control algorithms for the monthly updating of cash flow projection models, creating and supporting a flexible and robust financial reverse engineering platform to facilitate efficient and accurate modeling of Residential Mortgage Backed Securities and Asset Backed Securities.

Mr. Kafes is currently engaged with Bloomberg’s financial products division, and serves on the governing boards of multiple privately held companies.

Chief Executive Officer

Bill Lipkus is a high-impact senior executive with over 30 years of experience in the securities, mutual fund/asset management, and insurance industries. Bill has significant achievements growing top-line sales, Assets Under Management (AUM), executing buy and sell-side M&A transactions, implementing sales and operations systems, developing and putting in place internal control procedures, risk management policy and processes, and financial reporting disciplines. He is a hands-on leader of cross-functional and intact teams whose reputation is to lead by example.

Most recently, Bill was President and Chief Executive Officer for Foresters Financial Holding Company (FFHC), a financial services organization with over 1350 employees, consisting of a broker-dealer, two investment advisors, a life insurance company, and a transfer agent. Bill developed and led the strategic direction and business plan for FFHC and its five subsidiaries, working closely with the Board of Directors. During this time, he implemented a sales workflow system, including a CRM and electronic workflow and document storage system; developed an enterprise-wide risk policy, a risk committee, and a process for risk reporting; and was integral to fully rebranding the First Investors Companies to Foresters Financial after its acquisition in 2011 by the International Order of Foresters.

Before this, Bill was FFHC’s Chief Financial Officer for 16 years where he led all aspects of finance and accounting including financial reporting, enterprise risk management, oversight of broker-dealer operations, ERISA retirement and deferred compensation plan compliance, and relationship management with banks, auditors, and regulators. As CFO, Bill implemented numerous systems, disciplines, and controls to create and improve efficiencies. He also held simultaneous roles for FFHC, including Treasurer, Director, and Chief Administrative Officer.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a Major in Accounting from Rider University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and received the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation, and FINRA Series 27.
